This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through WowThatLook.
We supply products to customers located in the United States through trusted fulfilment partners.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in original condition
Include all original tags attached
Include the original clear garment packaging where provided
Have the original SKU label intact
Be in fully resellable condition
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
To request a return, you must contact us via our support email or website ticket system and provide:
Your order number
Reason for return
Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Lingerie and intimate items
Swimwear
Jewelry
Beauty products
Face masks
Final sale or clearance items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your message must include:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue
Description of the problem
If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement or refund.
Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility for resolution.
Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non refundable
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once an authorised return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds where items are returned in a diminished condition.
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:
Original shipping costs will not be refunded
Additional reshipping fees may apply
Customers agree to contact our support team first via email or ticket before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, tracking data, and delivery confirmation to payment providers in the event of disputes.
